Statement of Qualifications

 Rowley Hendriks & Associates, LLC. was founded in 1991 with the melding of firms of Rowley Engineering & Associates and Hendriks Associates, Specilizing in, Civil, and Environmental Engineering. as well as Land Surveying. The Firm offers a broad range of proffessional consulting services under the direction of its principals, Lee Rowley and Anthony Hendriks, who bring more than 64 years of combined engineering and Surveying experience to the organization.

Lee Rowley Established his engineering practice in 1982 after working for several major engineering firms in Connecticut for twelve years. He holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and an M.S. degree in Environmental Engineering. Mr. Rowley obtained his Proffesional Engineer's License in 1982.

Anthony Hendriks has been a Licensed Land Surveyor since 1978 and successfully ran his own surveying business prior to to establishing the firm of Rowley, Hendriks & Associates. Mr. Hendriks was employed by two major regional engineering firms for 13 years prior to establishing his own proffesional practice. He also holds a proffesional practice in the state of Vermont.

Rowley, Hendriks & Associates is a regional based corporation with the main office located in Old Lyme, Connecticut. Clientele served by the company reside in both the public and private sectors. The firm, or its principals, re currently are retained by several state agencies, as well as many municipal bodies from time to time throughout southern Connecticut. Since its inception nine years ago, Rowley Engineering & Associates has earned a reputation for integrity and sound engineering practice throughout the proffessional community.

Rowley Hendrik & Associates is dedicated to providing functional and efficient project plans, designed
to be cost effective as well as aesthetically pleasing and marketable. Commitment to quality client service is a trademark. Helping clients meet project schedules is a major importance.

 Born in the Netherlands in 1946, He emigrated to the United States, studied Land Surveying at Connecticut State Techinical College and is Licenced Proffesional Land Surveyor in both Connecticut and Vermont. His Proffessional memberships include, The Connecticut Association of Land Surveyors and the American Congress of Surveying and Mapping.
 

Experience

Mr. Hendriks started his Surveying career in 1965 with T.M. Russell Jr. P.E. & L.S. Guilford, Conn. In 1969 continued his carreer with R.W. Waldo P.E. & L.S. and Associates P.C. While with R.W. Waldo and Associates, He was actively engaged, and in responsible charge, of both the field and office production of all types of surveying and mapping projects including topographic Mapping, boundary and land acquisition surveys, real estate subdivision design, photometric control and construction layout of dams, highways, railroads, utilities, bridges, and buildings.

In 1986, Mr. Hendriks formed the firm of Hendriks Associates, Land Surveyors And Land Planning Consultants where, as President, he provides the same expertise as in his previous assignments.
